A waiting shed was constructed at the road side of Nueva Basin, Barangay Taft, Surigao City was inaugurated and turned over to the Barangay Officials last July 19, 2023.

President of Batch Humble B’s. SCAEC Charter President Kuya Roberto Parada Jr. and the Fraternal Order of Eagles Caraga Region VI Governor Allan Japor also graced the turn over ceremony followed by the unveiling of I BARANGAY TAFT Signage on the same venue beside the Waiting Shed.
This waiting shed will be for the public especially the passengers while waiting for the motorbanca that will ferry them to the island barangays of Surigao City.
