Surigao del Norte police swift operation nets 16 wanted fugitives, ushering in a new era of justice and security

Through an in-depth operation against wanted individuals, SurNte operatives successfully executed a comprehensive one-day operation, resulting in the capture of 16 wanted individuals with outstanding warrants across the province.

Provincial Top Cop, Police Colonel Laudemer M Laude, highlighted the continuous efforts of police stations and mobile forces companies in the province that resulted in significant achievements in their relentless pursuit of justice.

Among the captured, notable arrests include Freddie Liza Luspe, Armando Ruaya Adlao, Jaime Cruise Cortes Cruz, Christian Rivas Sarong, and Rolando Saga Migullas, who face charges for the crime of theft.

Two women were nabbed for involvement in illegal gambling, and Alger Marqueda Cartaginas and Teoreme C. Marquizo were apprehended for violating the Philippine Fisheries Code (RA 10654).

Joel Banao Nanoy and Joven Morada faced charges under the Philippine Coconut Authority of RA 10593, while other arrests covered offenses ranging from Estafa and VAWC law violations to reckless imprudence resulting in homicide, statutory rape, and grave coercion.

All apprehended individuals are currently in the custody of the respective arresting units, ensuring accountability for their alleged crimes.
