ESPINOZA, PNP Provincial Director of Surigao del Norte during the Kick-Off Ceremony of the 26th Police Community Relations Month on July 5, 2021 at the Mini Gym of Surigao del Norte Police Provincial Office, Borromeo Street, Surigao City.
Said certificate recognized the contribution and support of Surigao City Nickel Eagles Club in the Barangayanihan activities of the Surigao del Norte Police Provincial Office.
The said Kick Off Ceremony was graced by the Governor of Philippine Eagles Caraga Region 3 Eagle ALLAN B. JAPOR as the Guest of Honor, and duly attended by members of Surigao City Nickel Eagles Club, Battle of Surigao Strait Eagles Club led by Eagle ROMEO P. DIRAY JR and Metro Surigao Eagles Club led by Eagle HERMOGENES C. PEGORO JR..
On that same day the Eagles also assisted in the Blood Letting Activity and the distribution of goods to the Indigenous People
