Surigao City Central Fire Station personnel, headed by INSP ABEL A DUBDUBAN celebrated Christmas and the Year-End Thanksgiving Party together with the following sub-stations: Nabago Fire Substation, headed by SFO3 Jocelyn D Miano; San Juan Fire Substation, headed by SFO1 Jessica C Vinatero; and Fireboat Substation, under the leadership of SFO3 Manieh Lanzaderas.
SUPT REY G BAUTISTA, Chief, Operations Division conc. Regional Chief of Staff, who also graced the event. It was concluded with gift exchanges, a raffle draw, games, and fun-filled intermissions presented by all substation, shift Alpha, shift Bravo, and office personnel.
INSP DUBDUBAN highlighted his appreciation for all the support he has received throughout his leadership. With gratitude, he also expressed his interest in retiring from the service. The personnel, along with their families, thanked him for gracing the event and making it a Christmas worth remembering.
