We Baked and Tasted 7 Banana Recipes!
As part of the NACOCOW 2022 Celebration with the theme “Mataas na Kalidad ng Serbisyong Pampiitan, Pagbabago ng PDL Tiyak Makakamtan”, SCJ held Banana Festival Cook-Off Challenge for the Opening Activity of the Weeklong Celebration from October 24 – 28, 2022.
A composite group of Female Personnel led by SCJ’s Best WD Officer JO3 Yvonne Mirasol Enoya and PDL from each cell competed against each other with their baking skills and creative flair using Banana as the main ingredient.
Judged by Assistant Warden JSINSP RICHARD L GAMALE, Officer-in-Charge, Chief, Health SJO3 Lynn M Cuadrillero, and SIC SJO2 Alex J Saga, the Team of JO2 Jeaña Ecle Pobe won the cook-off challenge featuring Banana Oats Egg Pancake Recipe. A flourless, sugar-free, very affordable, and nutrition-packed meal for all seasons!
