City Mayor Pablo Yves L. Dumlao II graced the 75th commencement exercises of the Livelihood Training and Productivity Center (LTPC) today, October 21, 2024, reaffirming his commitment to Surigao City’s efforts in providing livelihood and skills development opportunities.
A total of 145 graduates successfully completed various TESDA-accredited courses, including Electrical Installation and Maintenance NC II, Driving NC II, Cookery NC II, and Dressmaking NC II.
The event was led by LTPC Head and PESDO Manager Arciacel Lagrama, with TESDA Specialist Buenafe Inaya in attendance.
In his speech, Mayor Paul Dumlao emphasized the local government’s dedication to expanding TESDA programs, ensuring more Batang Surigaonons gain the skills needed for self-sufficiency and workforce productivity.
