Shooting incident transpired at Purok Golden Daffodils, Poblacion Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay Province at about 5:30 PM of November 28, 2020. The victim was identified as Michael Soque Guia, 30 years old, male, and a resident of Naga, Zamboanga Sibugay.
Investigation revealed that the victim obtained five (5) gunshot wounds believed to be from Caliber .45 at the different parts of his body base on the spent shells recovered that resulted to his immediate death.
The cadaver was brought to the Villa Babas Funeral as per request of the immediate family.
PNP personnel from Ipil Municipal Police Station are still conducting follow-up operation and investigation for the motive of the incident and possible identification and arrest of the suspect/s. (PCpt. Edwin A. Duco, Chief Public Information Officer)
