After undergoing my 10 month schooling, the senior officers of the PNP Regional Office have sent me back to Surigao del Norte to assist the active PNP Provincial Director PCOL NOEL C ESPINOZA in doing milestone initiatives that will create significant impacts to the lives of our dear Surigaonons in making the province a more peaceful and livable area.
By this opportunity to serve again the people of Surigao del Norte, I hereby commit myself to do my best always and live up to your expectations as partner for peace and development in the province. By applying the knowledge learned in schooling, and adopting the tenets of excellent public service, with the active and collaborative support of all the stakeholders, I am optimistic that together we can make impactful change to the lives of everyone.
