Be informed that on or about 10:50 AM of December 15, 2020, PNP personnel of Polanco Municipal Police Station (MPS) served another warrant of arrest at Polanco MPS Detention Cell, Poblacion North, Polanco, Zamboanga del Norte, against one Benny Magallanes Tabiliran, 25 years old, male, single, Jobless, Elementary level and a resident of Sitio Maralag, Guinles, Polanco, Zamboanga del Norte by virtue of Warrant of Arrest charged for the crime of Theft docketed under Criminal Case No. 3497, issued by Judge Deborah P. Garcia-Nazario, Presiding Judge of MTC, Ninth Judicial Region, Polanco, Zamboanga del Norte, dated December 14, 2020 with bail bond recommended fixed at ₱ 5,000.00 for his temporary liberty.
Said wanted person is still under the custody of Polanco MPS for documentation and for proper disposition.
