Be informed that at about 2:00 PM of December 15, 2020, joint elements from 2nd Zamboanga del Norte PMFC led by PLT. DEXTER DALENA together with CIDG Zamboanga del Norte PFU served the warrant of arrest at BJMP Sindangan District Jail against Henry Amor Hamac, 51 years old, male, married and a resident of Nipaan, Sindangan, Zamboanga del Norte by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for the crime of Murder docketed under Criminal Case No. 24409, issued by Cherry Joy C. Concha-Ageas, Presiding Judge, RTC Ninth Judicial Region, Branch 10, Dipolog City, Zamboanga del Norte dated December 7, 2020, with no bail bond recommended.
The subject person is presently detained at Sindangan District Jail after a Search Warrant for violations of RA 10591 and RA 9516 was implemented against the subject by CIDG Zamboanga del Norte PFU and Zamboanga del Norte PMFC on September 26, 2020 under Target Intelligence Packet “CASTLE DOWN”.
The said person has linkages to the debunked Navarro Crime Group based in Pagadian City and to the Ozamis Crime Group based in Ozamis City.
