Be informed that at about 1:00 PM of November 25, 2020, PNP personnel of Katipunan Municipal Police Station (MPS) composed of PMSg. Noel Engkot Suliman, PCpl. Rodjustice R. Villalba and PCpl. Reyzalde Omerez Malayo conducted intel driven operation thru service of warrant at Brgy. Dos, Katipunan, Zamboanga del Norte that resulted to the arrest of Carpil T. Abada, 30 years old, male, single, High school Level, Farmer and a resident of Brgy. Nanginan, Katipunan, Zamboanga del Norte by virtue of warrant of arrest for the crime of Robbery docketed under Criminal Case No. 023-08(K) issued by Acting Presiding Judge Ric S. Bastasa, 5th MCTC of Katipunan, Sergio Osmena, Sr. 9th Judicial Region Katipunan, Zamboanga del Norte, dated June 26, 2009 with bail bond recommended fixed at ₱ 12,000.00.
The arrested accused is now under the custody of Katipunan MPS for documentation and proper disposition.
