PNP personnel of Sergio Osmena Municipal Police Station, RMFB9 and Sibutad Municipal Police Station conducted joint law enforcement operation against wanted person at Brgy. Sawang, Sibutad, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 7:00 PM of December 20, 2020.
This resulted to the arrest of Roseller Alunan, 66 years old, male, widow, fisherman and a resident of aforementioned place.
This is by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for the Crime of (2 counts) Rape docketed under Criminal Case Nos. 24292-24293 issued by Judge Jose Rene G. Dondoyano, RTC, Branch 7 9th Judicial Region, Dipolog City, dated November 03, 2020 with no bail bond recommended.
He is now under the custody of said police station for commitment to court.
