Joint elements of Olutanga MPS, 1st Zamboanga Sibugay Provincial Mobile Force Company and 44th Infantry Battalion of Phil. Army conducted law enforcement operation against wanted person at Purok 3, Brgy. Pulo Laum, Olutanga, Zamboanga Sibugay at 12:05 PM of September 18, 2020. The operation resulted in the arrest of Omar Jimlani Nasilin, 36 years old, married, fisherman and a resident of the aforesaid place.
He was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for Violation of Sec. 11 of RA. 9165 docketed under Criminal Case No. IM-15-0876, issued by Acting Presiding Judge, RTC, 9th Judicial Region, Branch 31, Imelda, Zamboanga Sibugay dated June 2, 2017 with no recommended bail bond.
He is now under the temporary custody of Olutanga MPS for proper disposition.
