Shooting Incident
Shooting incident transpired at Purok 3, Barangay Pulo Laum Olutanga Zamboanga Sibugay Province at about 2:00 AM of January 23, 2021. Immediately elements of Olutanga MPS proceeded to the reported place. Initial investigation disclosed that upon arrival at the crime scene the body was already been remove by their relatives and the crime scene was already contaminated. The victim identified as Maid Arabin Jailani, legal age, married, resident of Purok 3, Barangay Pulo Laum Olutanga Zamboanga Sibugay Province, was shot to death by unidentified person; victim sustained multiple gunshot wounds on the different parts of his body. Responding elements of Olutanga MPS conducted follow-up operation for the possible Identity and arrest of the suspect. Recovered from the crime scene were five (5) empty shells, one (1) live ammunition of Caliber .45 and one (1) bullet lead.
Barangay Kagawad Arrested in Police Operation in Mahayag
Police personnel of Molave Municipal Police Station led by Police Lieutenant Jimmer W Urot conducted law enforcement operation on service of search warrant at Purok Mahayahay, Brgy. Silangit, Molave, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 4:40 AM of January 22, 2021. The operation resulted to the arrest of Barangay Kagawad Isagani Lumpayao Tan, 39 years old, married, a resident of Purok Mahayahay Barangay Silangit, Molave, Zamboanga Del Sur. He was arrested based on the Search Warrant # 100 issued by Hon. Carol M Morales, Presiding Judge, 1st Mtc, Tambulig, Zamboanga Del Sur dated January 18, 2021. Seized during the operation were one (1) unit caliber .9mm pistol with markings bryco 59, bearing serial number 935775; two (2) magazines; and one live ammunition. The arrested subject person is now under the temporary custody of Molave MPS for proper disposition.
Man Held in Gutalac for the Crime of Attempted Murder
Police personnel of Gutalac MPS Municipal Police Station led by PCPT Rene Borgonia Sagan conducted law enforcement operation against wanted person at Mamawan, Gutalac, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 8:00 AM of January 22, 2021. This resulted to the arrest of Emelito Suan Quico, 34 years old, single, habal-habal driver and a resident of aforementioned place. He was arrested by virtue of warrant of Arrest for the Crime of Attempted Murder docketed under Criminal Case # l-004079 issued by Judge Anthony D Isaw of RTC Branch 28, Liloy dated January 15, 2021 with bail bond of Php120,000.00. The arrested accused is now under the temporary custody of Gutalac MPS for prior delivery to the issuing court.
Man Arrested in Pagadian City for violation of RA 10175-Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012
Police personnel of Pagadian City Police Station conducted law enforcement operation against wanted person at Purok Sunshine, Barangay Santiago, Pagadian City at about 9:00 AM of January 22, 2021. The operation resulted to the arrest of Quintin Yap Pasanting Jr. aka Adjun, 52 years old, male, married, and a resident of Purok Sunshine, Barangay Santiago, Pagadian City. He was arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest for violation of RA 10175-Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012, docketed under Criminal Case # 120-2021-dpl dated January 20, 2021 issued by Honorable Jose Rene Gallemit Dondoyano, Presiding Judge, Regional Trial Court, Ninth Judicial Region, Branch 6, Dipolog City with bail bond of Php48,000.00. The arrested accused is now under the temporary custody of Pagadian CPS for prior delivery to the issuing court.
Man Arrested in Midsalip for Violation of RA 8353 “Anti-Rape Law of 1997
Police operatives of Midsalip Municipal Police Station led by PMAJ Edgar R Hinoctan conducted law enforcement operation against wanted person at Purok 1, Barangay Buloron, Midsalip, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 12:30 PM of January 22, 2021. This resulted to the arrest of Ricky Pansacala Mangulare Jr., aka Jorgen, 22 years old, single, male, farmer, and a resident of Purok 3, Barangay Buloron, Midsalip, Zamboanga Del Sur. He was arrested by virtue of Arrest Warrant for violation of RA 8353 “Anti-Rape Law of 1997” docketed under Criminal Case # 21-10, 1827 dated January 14, 2021 issued by Hon. Analyn F Ramas-Constanilla, Presiding Judge, Regional Trial Court, 9th Judicial Region, Branch 30, Aurora, Zamboanga Del Sur with no bail bond recommended. The arrested accused is now under the temporary custody of Midsalip MPS for prior delivery to the issuing court.
Rape Suspect Caught in Zamboanga City
Police personnel of Zamboanga City Police Station 1 led by PMAJ Benzar A. Bairulla conducted law enforcement operation against wanted person at Sitio Mialim, Barangay Vitali, Zamboanga City at about 1:30 PM of January 22, 2021. This resulted to the arrest of Angelo Angeles Denusta, 37 years old, male, single, resident of Baliwasan Chico, Barangay Baliwasan, Zamboanga City. He was arrested by virtue of a Warrant Of Arrest for the Crime Of Rape docketed under Criminal Case # 46872 issued by Hon. Gregorio Valencia Dela Peña Iii, Presiding Judge, RTC 9th Judicial Region, Branch 12, Zamboanga City with no recommended bail bond. The arrested accused is now under the temporary custody of said police station for prior delivery to the issuing court.
Female Bank Employee Held in Pagadian City for Bigamy
Police personnel of Pagadian City Police Station and 2nd Provincial Mobile Force Company, Ozamiz City conducted joint law enforcement operation against wanted person at Block 2, Lot 3, Alta Tierra Subdivision, Barangay Tiguma, Pagadian City at about 7:30 PM of January 22, 2021. This resulted to the arrest of Arabella Jean Guab Solana, 44 years old, female, married, bank employee, and a resident of aforementioned place. She was arrested by virtue of Arrest Warrant for the Crime Of Bigamy, docketed under Criminal Case # rtc-6387 dated January 29, 2014 issued by Hon Edmundo P Pintac, Presiding Judge, Regional Trial Court, Tenth Judicial Region, Branch 15, Ozamiz City with bail bond of Php24,000.00. The arrested accused was brought to Pagadian CPS for documentation and subsequently turned over to personnel of 2nd Provincial Mobile Force Company, Ozamiz City for proper disposition.
Road Crash Accident
Vehicular traffic accident transpired along the National Highway of Purok Paraiso, Barangay Galas, Dipolog City at about 9:25 PM of January 22, 2021 involving two (2) vehicles described as veh1- Suzuki shogun mc with plate no. 7780ji, driven by Jomie Oto, male, legal age with back-rider Ramonito Oto, male, legal age, both residents of said place; and veh2 – ten-wheeler wing van truck with plate number PIV 473, driven by Jayson Proponio Librando, male, legal age and a resident of Brgy Lawagan, Labason. Initial investigation disclosed that while veh1 was travelling towards Galas Port, Dipolog City (west direction) and upon arrival at the place of incident, the said motorcycle encroached to the other side of the road and suddenly bumped with veh2, which was also travelling from opposite direction. As a result, the two riders of the motorcycle sustained injuries in different parts of their bodies. Both victims were brought to Corazon Aquino Hospital, Brgy Biasong, Dipolog City but the driver (Jomie Oto) was declared dead on arrival by the attending physician. The victim was turned-over to his relatives for proper disposition.
2 Drug Pushers Busted in Isabela City
PNP personnel from SDET of Isabela City Police Station led by PCPT Melvin Solmayor conducted buy-bust operation at Brgy Lanote, Isabela City, Basilan at about 3:00 PM of January 22, 2021. The operation resulted to the arrest of Michael Navarro Jolatoria Aka Mike, 28, married, surrendered last July 2016, pusher and a resident of Barangay Lanote, Isabela City and Earl Patrick Tan Sanchez Danial, 26, single and a resident of Barangay Riverside, Isabela City. Confiscated during the operation were five (5) sachets of suspected shabu weighing 0.5grms and with ddb market value of Php3,400 and Php300.00 as marked money. The arrested suspects were now under the temporary custody of Isabela CPS for proper disposition.
2 Drug Dealer Arrested in Zamboanga City Drug Bust Operation
Police personnel of Zamboanga City Police Station 2 led by PCPT Martin Mecaller Baclayo conducted buy-bust operation at Sitio Asinan, Barangay Talon- Talon, Zamboanga City at about 6:55 PM of January 22, 2021. This resulted to the arrest of Ameer Amilasan Donaire, aka Ameer, 18 years old, male, single, unemployed, high school level, and Roberto Bacolod Sanchez Jr., aka Jun, 37 years old, male, single, laborer, elementary level, both resident of Brgy Talon- Talon Loop, Zamboanga City. Recovered during the operation were eight (8) sachets of suspected shabu, weighing more or less 0.9 gram with an estimated DDB market value of Php6,500.00 and Php200.00 as marked money. The arrested suspects were now under the temporary custody of said police operation for proper disposition.
