Leon B Postigo MPS- Be informed that at about 8:30 AM of January 29, 2021, PNP personnel of Leon B Postigo MPS led by PMSg Reynald G Estoconing together with RID9,RA-ZN led by PSSg Jose Rey Tan; 903RD MC RMFB9 PCpl James Braga and Intel Operative 44th IB PA, joint intel driven operation at Purok 7, Brgy. Balagon, Siay, Zamboanga Sibugay and successfully arrested one Beniboy Manog, 21 years old, (6/15/2000), Filipino, Male, Single, Farmer and a residents of Brgy.. Bunawan, Godod ZN for the crime of “Homicide” docketed under CC Number S-5905 by virtue of WOA issued by Hon. JOSE RENE G. DONDOYANO, Acting Presiding Judge, RTC 9th Judicial Region, Branch 11, Sindangan, ZDN dated July 15th 2019 with bail bond recommended fixed 40,000. Arrest person is now under custody at Leon B, Postigo MPS for documentation & proper disposition.
Campaign against Illegal Fishing
Dipolog CPS- Be informed that at about 9:00AM of January 29, 2020, Dipolog CPS received a cellphone call concerned citizen that there was a group of people fishing along the coastal area of Brgy. Miputak, Dipolog City using the prohibited fishing net. Immediately personnel of said station led by PEMS RAUSELLER CARPIO– Team Leader together with City Agriculture Office personnel Mr. Rosario Taruc – Fish Warden proceeded to the said place to verify the veracity of the said report and then was seen two person later identified as Martin Soriano, 32 years old, married, fisherman, a resident of Brgy. Barra, Dipolog City, Benjie Salomon, 28 years old, single, fisherman, a resident of Sta. Isabel, Dipolog City caught in the act illegally fishing using prohibited fishing net Baling for the violation of City Ordinance No.09-213 “Fishery Ordinance of Dipolog City”. Subject persons and confiscated illegal fishing gear were brought to Dipolog CPS and later transferred into custody of the City Agriculture Office for proper disposition.

Dapitan CPS- Be informed that at about 1:55PM of January 29, 2021, PNP personnel of Dapitan CPS, conducted intel driven operation at Brgy. Cawa-cawa, Dapitan City that resulted to the arrest of Luisito Sales Salazar, 40 year old, married, Construction worker by occupation and a resident of Purok Lubi, Brgy. Sinonoc, Dapitan City for the crime of RA 9262 of Anti-Violence Against Women and their Children Act of 2004 docketed under CC nr 24527 by virtue of WOA issued by Acting Presiding Judge Jose Rene Gallemit Dondoyano, of RTC Branch 7, Bulwagan ng Katarungan, Dipolog City dated January 21, 2021 with bail bond recommending to Php72,000.00. Subject person now under custody of Dapitan CPS for proper disposition.

Roxas MPS– Be informed that at about 4:50PM of Jan 29, 2021, personnel of Roxas MPS led by PCMS Richard C Suasula with PCpl Rezin S Lugo conducted law enforcement operation against wanted person that resulted to the arrest of one Salvador L Adlawon, 77yo, male, married, a resident of Brgy Galokso, Roxas, ZN, for the crime of Estafa with Criminal Case No. 2000, issued and signed by Queenie Grace Arnoco-Aragones, Presiding Judge, MTC of Pres. Roxas, Zambo Norte, Dipolog City, ZN, dated January 25, 2021 , with bail recommended amounting to P5, 000. Subject person now under custody of Roxas MPS for proper disposition.

Roxas MPS- Be informed that at about 5:10PM of January 29, 2021, PNP personnel of Roxas MPS led by PCpl Mervin D Jalosjos-Team Leader, conducted law enforcement operation against wanted person at Brgy. Galokso, Roxas, Zambo Norte that resulted to the arrest of Ananias Langgam Adlawon, 82 years old, male, married and a resident of Brgy. Galokso, Roxas, Zambo Norte for the crime “Estafa” docketed under criminal case no. 2000, issued and signed by Hon. Queenie Grace Arnoco-Aragones, Presiding Judge, Municipal Trial Court of Pres. Manuel A. Roxas, Zamboanga del Norte, dated January 25, 2021, with bail recommended amounted to ₱5,000.00. Arrested wanted person is now under custody of Roxas MPS for proper disposition.
Missing Person
Leon B Postigo MPS- Be informed that at about 3:00 PM of January 29, 2021, one Vergenia Montilla Lañojan, 45 years old, Filipino, Female, Married, College Graduate and a resident of Brgy. Poblacion, Leon B. Postigo ZN appeared and reported to Leon B Postigo MPS that her Elder Brother Jerry Gumeter Montilla, 51 years old, Filipino, Male, Married, also a resident of Poblacion, Leon B Postigo ZN. That at about 2:00PM of January 28, 2020, while they engaged fishing along the municipal sea water of Poblacion, Leon B Postigo but until this date and time reported failed to returned home, the family exerted effort to find and asked to the other fisherman but no one can notify her brother. Further, said victim wearing inner, gray, sweat shirt and black sweat shirt with hood with black jogging pants.
Campaign against Loose Firearms (Kontra Boga)
Be informed that at about 5:40 PM of January 29, 2021, 1st ZNPMFC led by PLT DARYL H SAMONTE- team leader together with CSP personnel of 97IB, PA conducted series of dialogue with the Barangay Officials of Barangay Tinago, Sergio Osmeña, Zamboanga del Norte as a result of Jenelyn Lipalam Tayros, 29, years old, married and a resident of Barangay Tinago, Sergio Osmeña, Zamboanga del Norte voluntary turned-over one (1) unit of improvised firearm without ammunition without serial number. Said firearm was received by PSSg Renezar K. Dasani and now under the custody of 1st ZNPMFC for proper disposition.
Report on Surrender of Rifle Grenade
1st ZNPMFC- Be informed that at about 6:45 PM of January 29, 2021, 1st PMFC personnel led by PCpl Alfred Ross Montero while conducting dialogue in relation to the NTF-ELCAC program of the Government at Purok Bougainvilla, Sicayab, Dipolog City, Zamboanga del Norte resulted to the voluntary surrender of one (1) unit rifle grenade by Jessie Villanos Bullecer, of legal age, married, retired Philippine Marines and a resident of Purok Bougainvilla, Barangay Sicayab, Dipolog City, Zamboanga del Norte. Said rifle grenade is now under the custody of 1st ZNPMFC for proper disposition.
Campaign against Anti- Illegal Drugs Operation thru (Buy- Bust)
Labason MPS- Be informed that at about 7:25PM of January 29, 2021, RDEU9 Personnel led by PMAJ JAKE PAYUMO CAPITLY together with Labason MPS led by PCAPT JEFFERSON P. ARELLANO, 901st MC RMFB9, 2nd PMFC, PDEU ZNPPO and NISGWM conducted joint buy-bust operation at Purok 6, Brgy Antonino, Labason, ZDN that resulted to the arrest of Anthony Diamante Cerojales Watchlisted (HVI/HVT PDEA, 40 years old, born on May 27, 1980, male, single, college graduate, Brgy Councilor of Brgy Antonino, Labason, ZN and a resident of Brgy Antonino, Labason Zamboanga del Norte. Confiscated during the operation incidental to his lawful arrest were the following to wit:
- (1) pc small heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white granules believed to be shabu (Buy Bust Item)
- (1) pc transparent plastic big sachets containing white crystalline substance believed to be shabu on his (possession)
- (1) pc. Five hundred peso 500 bill (Buy Bust Money)
- (1) Unit YAMAHA Aerox without plate number with key. Estimated street value of confiscated drugs was Php 100,000.00 and a total weigh of more or less 10 grams.
Arrested suspect is now under the custody of Labason MPS for Laboratory examination including the items seized.
Vehicle Traffic Incident
Sergio Osmeña MPS- Be informed that at about 5:30PM more or less of January 29, 2021 Hon. Candillada, Brgy Captain of Dampalan, Sergio Osmeña, Zamboanga Del Norte informed to Sergio Osmena MPS that there was a Motor Vehicle Traffic Incident transpired along the Municipal road of Purok 6, barangay Dampalan, Sergio Osmeña ZDN, a vehicular traffic incident involving Vehicle-1 a Military jeep (Provincial Engineering Office Service vehicle) with plate number SJF534 driven by Joel Ebarsabal Rendiza, 31 years old, male, married, Filipino and a resident of Brgy Dampalan, Sergio Osmeña, ZDN with professional driver’s license number JOI-14-002589 expiration date 2024/11/12 loaded with five (5) passengers namely: Fortunato Paundog Jr. 44 years old, male, single, and a resident of Venus, Kent Joseph Ybanez Bacay, 19 years old, male, single, and a resident of Labiray, Arcelito Gonday Tambula, 43 years old, male, married, and a resident of Nazareth, Pong Cating, 45 years old, male, married, also resident of Venus, and Cedric Bongcawel, 21 years old, male, single, Filipino and a resident of Marapong all municipality Sergio Osmeña, ZN while Vehicle-2 Haujoe125 motorcycle driven by Jessie Sayre Patihan, 25 years old, single, male, Filipino driving without protective helmet, together with two back rider namely Dionesio Papa Patihan Sr.73 years old, male, married, Filipino and Mario Timbao Patihan, 48 years old, male, married, Filpino all resident of Pedagan of this Municipality. Initial investigation conducted disclosed that both vehicles were running in opposite direction wherein vehicle-1 coming from Barangay San Antonio and upon reaching at the place of accident particularly at the curved portion of the road vehicle-2 overtook to other motorcycle running in high speed motion was incidentally bumped/hit on the left portion of V-1 by V2 when the MC driver failed to apply its brake causing his driven MC to bumped at the left portion of V-1, driver of V-1 and his passengers sustained injuries on their different part of their bodies while the driver of V-2, sustained injuries together with his two (2) back riders one Dionesio Papa Patihan Sr. was pronounced DOA by the attending physician Dr. Mike Gianan were brought to ZaNORTE Medical Center, Dipolog City for immediate medication. Both vehicles incurred damages and turn-over to the brgy. Captain while waiting for the availability of vehicles to left and brought both vehicles to said station while the driver of V-1 voluntarily surrendered and temporarily detained at Sergio Osmena MPS pending filling appropriate charges in court.
