Suicide Incident
Be informed that at about 9:00AM of May 17, 2021, Liloy Municipal Police Station (MPS) received a cell phone call from a concerned citizen, informing that there was a suicide incident discovered at Barangay San Francisco, Liloy, Zamboanga del Norte. Alert Team proceeded to the area to verify the veracity of the said report. Initial investigation conducted disclosed that the victim identified as Vicente Sipin Guingona, male, widow, 63 years old, self-employed and a resident of Barangay San Francisco Liloy, Zamboanga del Norte. According to Mr. Carlos Ramirez Utong at around 11:00 AM of May 16, 2021 asked and requested the former to wake him (victim) the following morning. The next morning at around 8:10 AM of May 17, 2021, Carlos Utong tried to wake the victim but prove futile. Carlos peep at the window and discovered the victim hanging in a blanket that is tied in the ceiling inside his bedroom. Further, that upon interview of victim’s son Christopher Emmanuel Guingona, male, married, 33 years old, BFP and a resident of Fatima Liloy, Zamboanga del Norte, said that the victim while suffering from lung and liver illness the victim also experiencing to much stress and depression. On the other hand, the victim though under medication and stress management, still he (victim) pursues and consummated that suicidal act which resulted to his instantaneous death. The IOC immediately call the attention of Dr. Nannette Digamon and further, turned over the victim to Christopher Emmanuel Guingona for proper disposition.
Report on Tokhang Activities to the New Reloaded Drug Personalities.
Be informed that about 10:00 AM of May 17, 2021, One Rey Tialan Hadjal, 38 years old, Married, Farmer, presently residing at Barangay Reconalia Siocon, Zamboanga del Norte who was identified as SLI Reloaded Watch List for Illegal Drugs last January 21, 2021 of said municipality, appeared to Baliguian Municipal Police Station to voluntarily surrender. Subject person has undergone tactical interrogation and profiling.
Arrest of Wanted Person
Be informed that, at around 12:45 PM of May 17, 2021, personnel of Sindangan Municipal Police Station (MPS) conducted Intel-driven manhunt operation against wanted person at Barangay Bantayan, Sindangan Zamboanga del Norte that resulted to the arrest of Jenalyn Riporiol Clamohoy, 38 years old, female, married, unemployed and a resident of Barangay Bantayan, Sindangan Zamboanga del Norte for the crime of RPC Art. 358-Slander (Oral Defamation) docketed under Criminal Case No. 13350 signed and issued by Hon. Nimfa B. Carreon-Padao, Presiding Judge, MCTC, 9th Judicial Region, Branch 11, Sindangan, Zamboanga del Norte dated March 8, 2021 with bail recommended amounting to ₱ 6,000.00. Arrested Wanted Person is now under custody of Sindangan MPS for proper disposition.
Arrest of Another Wanted Person
Be informed that at about 2:50 PM of May 17, 2021, PNP of Manukan Municipal Police Station (MPS) tracker team together with 1st PMFC Zamboanga del Norte and Mahayag MPS thru Intel driven operation, served the Warrant of Arrest against at Purok 5, Poblacion Mahayag, Zamboanga del Sur that resulted to the arrest of Gualberto Eranes Tolomia , 44 years old, married, laborer and currently residing at Purok 2, Barangay Salvador, Zamboanga del Sur with previous address at Barangay Libuton, Manukan, Zamboanga del Norte for violation of RA 7610-special protection of children against child abuse exploitation and discrimination act (anti-child abuse law) docketed under Criminal Case No. 24734 and 24735 warrant of arrest issued by Hon. Jose Rene Gallemit Dondoyano, Acting Presiding Judge of RTC, 9th Judicial Region, Branch 7, Dipolog City, Zamboanga del Norte dated April 12, 2021 with bail bond recommended amounting to ₱ 180,000 each. Arrested person is now in the custody of Manukan MPS for proper disposition.

Be informed that, at around 3:00 PM of May 17, 2021, at Barangay Santo Niño, Sindangan Zamboanga del Norte, personnel of this station conducted Intel-driven manhunt operation against wanted person that resulted to the arrest of Charlito Mendoza Abines, 28 years old (DOB: Jan 9, 1993), male, single, farmer and a resident of Barangay Santo Niño, Sindangan, Zamboanga del Norte for the crime of Rape and Violation of R.A. 7610, docketed under Criminal Case Nos. S-6262 and S-6261 respectively issued by Hon. Joel G. Vercide, Acting Presiding Judge, RTC, 9th Judicial Region, Branch 11, Sindangan, Zamboanga del Norte dated April 21, 2021. No bail recommended for Rape and for violation of R.A. 7610 with recommended bail bond is amounting to ₱ 36,000.00. Arrested Wanted Person is now under custody of Sindangan Municipal Police Station for proper disposition.
Campaign Against Loose Firearms (Kontra Boga) thru OPLAN KATOK
Be informed that at about 3:30 PM of May 17, 2021 one Robencio Bartoneco Quisel, 67 years old, male, married, farmer, and a resident of Purok Mangga, Barangay Silawe, Polanco, Zamboanga del Norte came to Polanco Municipal Police Station and voluntarily surrendered one (1) unit of Homemade Improvised Shotgun without serial number. Said firearm was properly turn-over to the supply section and duly received by PEMS Roderick J. Baraquero-Supply PNCO for safekeeping.
Arrest of Another Wanted Person
Be informed that at about 4:00 PM of May 17, 2021, PNP personnel of Liloy Municipal Police Station (MPS) conducted Intel-driven manhunt operation against wanted person at Barangay Comunal, Liloy, Zamboanga del Norte, which resulted to successful arrest of one NEIL DEO FELIZARTA TEMPLADO, 31 y/o, (DOB: September 17, 1989), male, married, Filipino, Government Employee, and a resident of Barangay Comunal, Liloy, Zamboanga del Norte charged for the crime ATTEMPTED HOMICIDE docketed under Criminal Case No. 2987 by virtue of Warrant of Arrest issued by Hon. KATHIA C. ADASA-SANTIAGO, Presiding Judge in the 7th MCTC, 9th Judicial Region, Liloy, Zamboanga del Norte dated March 24, 2017 with bail recommended amounting to ₱ 12,000.00. Arrested person is now under custody of Liloy MPS for proper disposition.
Report on Oplan Bilang Boga through Oplan Katok
Be informed that at about 3:00 PM of May 17, 2021, one JOHN BERNARD ASPIRAS BENGUA, 52 years old, single, Filipino, a resident of 040, Bonifacio St., Barangay Estaka, Dipolog City came to Dipolog City Police Station (CPS) and turned-over through Oplan Katok one (1) unit of Cal. 9MM JERIC Pistol with Serial Number F40494 expired last April 13, 2013. Said firearm including one (1) pc. empty magazine and one (1) black leather inside holster is now temporarily deposited to Dipolog CPS for safekeeping and proper disposition.
Anti- Illegal Gambling Operation (BAGRAK)
Be informed that at about 12:01 AM of May 18, 2021, PNP personnel of Dipolog City Police Station (CPS) conducted an illegal gambling operation at Purok Fisherman Village, Barangay Olingan, Dipolog City that resulted to the arrest of the suspects namely Jan Mark Orillan Atad, 24 years old, single and a resident of Barangay Olingan, Dipolog City, Eric Mayola Marata, 47 years old, married and a resident of Barangay Olingan, Dipolog City and Azucimo Cariora Elico, 39 years old, married and a resident of Barangay Olingan, Dipolog City caught in the act engage illegal gambling activity known as (BAGRAK). Confiscated were the following items to wit: one (1) wooden table, thirty-two (32) pieces of Mahjong tiles, one (1) piece of dice and bet-money amounting to Five Thousand Five Hundred Forty Pesos (₱ 5,540.00) in different denominations. Arrested suspects were under the custody of Dipolog CPS pending filing appropriate charges in court while the recovered from their possession and control used in illegal gambling activity was deposited to this station for court exhibits.
Report on Police Response
Be informed that at about 2:30 AM of May 18, 2021, Manukan Municipal Police Station (MPS) received thru phone call from a concern citizen regarding an alleged intoxicated person who got wild at Manukan boulevard Barangay Poblacion, Manukan, Zamboanga del Norte. Acted on the report. PNP personnel from of said station responded in the area. Initial investigation conducted revealed that the suspect identified as Glenn Polinar Tigoy, legal age, single, pharmacist and a resident of Dipolog City, Zamboanga del Norte got wild at the above mentioned place, Immediately Elements of Manukan MPS responded to the area to verify the veracity of the report, however the suspect directly attack resisted and fought back against the arresting officers and further threw a stone at the Hilux Patrol Vehicle of this office but eventually he was arrested. Arrested person is now in the custody of this office for proper disposition.
