Top 3 Most Wanted Person of Siocon, Arrested in Liloy
PNP personnel of Siocon Municipal Police Station (MPS) together with Zamboanga del Norte Regional Intelligence Unit, Liloy Municipal Police Station (MPS), Labason Municipal Police Station conducted joint intel-driven operation in Sitio Quarry, Brgy. Candelaria, Liloy, Zamboanga del Norte at 2:30 a.m. of May 15, 2021. The operation resulted in the arrest of Edgar Gumandol, 45 years old, male, married, farmer, and a resident of Brgy Candelaria, Liloy Zamboanga del Norte with two warrants of arrest for the crime of Murder under Criminal Case No: L-00663 issued at RTC9, Br. 28, Liloy, Zamboanga del Norte Issuing Judge Oscar D Tomarong and Criminal Case No: 2018-02-11(1619) issued at RTC9, Br. 27, Siocon, Zamboanga del Norte Issuing Judge Laarni N. Dajao and one (1) for the crime of Theft under criminal case No: 3499 issued at 4th MCTC, Siocon Zamboanga del Norte Issuing Judge Jerry B. Patcho. Arrested person is now temporarily detained at Liloy MPS for initial disposition and to be transferred to Siocon MPS.
8 Drug Suspects Arrested Zamboanga City
₱ 47,300.00 worth of Shabu seized from 8 drug suspects in Zamboanga City in separate drug buy-bust operations conducted by police stations under Zamboanga City Police Office on May 14-15, 2021.
Jimhar Diego y Martinez a.k.a. “Jim”, 40 years old, male, married, jobless, high school level, and a resident of Caridad Morga, Barangay Tumaga, Zamboanga City was arrested by PNP personnel of Zamboanga City Police Station 5 in an anti-illegal drugs operation at Caridad Morga, Barangay Tumaga, Zamboanga City 11:40 a.m. of May 14, 2021. Recovered during the operation were five (5) heat sealed transparent plastic sachet of suspected Shabu with an estimated value of ₱ 6, 800.00 weighing 1 gram, one (1) coin purse and two (2) pieces of ₱ 100.00 bills as marked money. He is now under the custody of the said police station in preparation of filing of appropriate charges in court. All recovered items will be brought to Zamboanga City Crime Laboratory Office for examination.
Fatima Perez y Falcatan/Fatima Falcatan y Perez a.k.a. “Fatima”, 39 years old, female, single, jobless, elementary level; Jayson Fernandez y Alim, 39 years old, male, single, jobless, elementary level; Marie Joy San Miguel y Gregorio, 35 years old, female, married, jobless, high school level; and Perfecto San Miguel y Sanson a.k.a. “Bundoy”, 40 years old, male, married, jobless, high school level were arrested by PNP personnel of Zamboanga City Police Station 11 in an anti-illegal drugs operation at Barangay Upper Calarian, Zamboanga City at 9:40 p.m. of May 14, 2021. Recovered during the operation were Sixteen (16) heat sealed transparent plastic sachet of suspected Shabu with an estimated value of ₱ 34, 000.00 weighing 5 grams, one (1) coin purse and two (2) pieces of ₱ 100.00 bills as marked money. They are now under the custody of the said in preparation of filing of appropriate charges in court. All recovered items will be brought to Zamboanga City Crime Laboratory Office for examination.
Ryan Salomon y Santiago, 32 years old, male, single, driver, elementary level, and Reynante Salomon y Santiago, 24 years old, male, single, jobless, elementary level were arrested by PNP personnel of Zamboanga City Police Station 4 in an anti-illegal drugs operation at Gov. Camins, Barangay Sta. Maria, Zamboanga City 10:10 p.m. of May 14, 2021. Recovered during the operation were seven (7) heat sealed transparent plastic sachet of suspected Shabu with an estimated value of ₱ 5, 000.00 weighing 0.73 grams and two (2) pieces of ₱ 100.00 bills as marked money. They are now under the custody of the said police station in preparation of filing of appropriate charges in court. All recovered items will be brought to Zamboanga City Crime Laboratory Office for examination.
Joel Pahila y Pariño a.k.a. “Balong”, 28 years old, male, single, truckman, high school level, and a resident of Sitio Daap, Barangay Sangali, Zamboanga City was arrested by PNP personnel of Zamboanga City Police Station 1 in an anti-illegal drugs operation at Sitio Daap, Barangay Sangali, Zamboanga City at 12:45 a.m. of May 15, 2021. Recovered during the operation were three (3) heat sealed transparent plastic sachet of suspected Shabu with an estimated value of ₱ 1, 500.00 weighing 0.22 grams, one (1) improvised smoke pipe made of straw and two (2) pieces of ₱ 100.00 bills as marked money. He is now under the custody of the said police station in preparation of filing of appropriate charges in court. All recovered items will be brought to Zamboanga City Crime Laboratory Office for examination.
Murder Suspect Arrested in Josefina
PNP personnel of Josefina Municipal Police Station conducted law enforcement operation through service of warrant of arrest at Purok 1, Moradie, Josefina, Zamboanga del Sur 4:00 p.m. of May 14, 2021. The operation resulted in the arrest of Edgar Barhiyo Camiguing Jr., 28 years old, single, farmer, and a resident of Purok 1, Moradie, Josefina, Zamboanga del Sur. He was arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest for the crime of Frustrated Murder, docketed under Criminal Case Number 2019-10-3986 dated January 14, 2021 issued by Hon. Jaime B. Caberte, Presiding Judge, RTC9, Branch 23, Molave, Zamboanga del Sur with recommended bail bond fixed at ₱ 200,000.00. He is now temporarily detained at the said police station while waiting for commitment order from the court.
