Stabbing Incident
Stabbing incident transpired in Purok-6, Brgy. Talisayan, Zamboanga City at about 4:20 AM of March 13, 2021. The suspect was identified as Elmer Villaflores Ala, 45 years old, male, married, of Purok 6, Brgy. Talisayan, Zamboanga City while victim was identified as Roel Gagaracruz Fernandez, 38 years old, male, single, of Purok-6, Brgy. Talisayan, Zamboanga City. Investigation disclosed that the victim and the suspect are board mates staying in the same house in separate rooms. Wherein that at about 4:00 AM of same date, the victim went home drunk and has been knocking the door for several times, which was later opened for him by the suspect. This resulted in a heated argument which further led to the victim punching the suspect. As the latter has already a knife with him, he retaliated and eventually stabbed the victim several times. The victim was brought to Labuan General Hospital via a service vehicle by the responding Barangay Officials of Talisayan for medical treatment. The suspect was apprehended by Zamboanga City Police Station 9 together with Barangay Tanods and were able to recover a knife measuring approximately 5 inches (excluding the handle) used as the weapon used, and brought to said police station for proper disposition.
HVI Drug Suspect Arrested, ₱10,200.00 Shabu Seized in Jose Dalman
Operatives o Jose Dalman Municipal Police Station (MPS) led by PMAJ. Aiko R. Tesoro in coordination with PDEA 9, conducted a drug buy-bust operation in Purok 4, Brgy. Tamil, Jose Dalman, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 6:00 PM of March 13, 2021. The operation resulted in the arrest of Roland Lontayao Partosa A.K.A. “Mading”, 39 years old, male, single, jobless, HVI watch listed pusher category and resident of Brgy. Tamil, Jose Dalman, Zamboanga Del Norte. Confiscated during the operation were four sachets of suspected shabu with an estimated DDB value of ₱ 10,200.00 and a weight of 1.5 grams, a ₱ 500.00 as marked money and one-unit Honda XRM color yellow and white combination bearing temporary plate no. 090-9351447. the confiscated items were brought to Crime Lab Office for laboratory examination, while the arrested suspect is now under the temporary custody of Jose Dalman MPS for proper disposition.
4 Drug Dealers Arrested, Php 34,000.00 Shabu Confiscated in Zamboanga City
Police operatives of Zamboanga City Police Station 11 led by PMAJ. Chester N. Natividad conducted a drug buy-bust operation in Brgy. San Jose Gusu, Zamboanga City at about 8:00 PM on March 13, 2021. The operation resulted in the arrest of Roel Lim Fernando, (database listed as SLI), 37 years old, male, single, college level, unemployed, of San Jose Gusu, Zamboanga City; Musin Omar Hadjirul (newly identified), 51 years old, male, single, high school level, make-up artist, and a resident of Ranchez Drive, Brgy. Baliwasan, Zamboanga City; Ali -Afroudz Ladjahali Suaib, (newly identified), 37 years old, male, single, high school level, unemployed, resident of Brgy. San Jose Gusu, Zamboanga City; and Rene-Cris Gomez Luna (newly identified), 29 years old, male, single, college level, unemployed, resident of Brgy. Sinunuc, Zamboanga City. Confiscated items during the operation included 14 sachets of suspected shabu with an estimated ddb value of ₱ 34,000.00 weighing approximately 5 grams, one coin purse, and three pieces of ₱ 100.00 as marked money. Confiscated items were brought to Zamboanga City Crime Lab Office for laboratory examination, while the arrested suspects are now under the temporary custody of said police station for proper disposition.
Top 1 Most Wanted Person of Liloy Arrested
Police personnel of Labason Municipal Police Station, RMB9 and Mandaue City Police-CIU conducted a joint law enforcement operation against a wanted person at Soriano Avenue, Mandaue City, Cebu at about 4:00 PM of March 13, 2021. The operation resulted in the arrest of Ronel Resit Montanez, Top 1 Most Wanted Person (municipal level), 27 years old, male, single, security guard, resident of Borromeo St., Brgy. Kalubihan, Cebu City, with home address at Brgy. Osukan, Labason, Zamboanga Del Norte. The arrest came by virtue of warrant of arrest for rape in relation to RA 7610, docketed under Criminal Case No. l-004001, issued by Hon. Anthony D. Isaw – Acting Presiding Judge, RTC 9, Branch 28, Liloy, Zamboanga Del Norte, dated July 17, 2020, without recommended bail bond. The arrested accused is now under the temporary custody of CIU Headquarters, Mandaue City for proper disposition.
Top 2 Most Wanted Person of Godod, Captured
Police operatives of Godod Municipal Police Station (MPS) and RMFB9 conducted a joint law enforcement operation against a wanted person in Brgy. Rambon, Godod, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 4:30 PM on March 13, 2021. The operation resulted in the arrest of Adorico Añulga Diaz, Top 2 Most Wanted Person (municipal level), 71 years old, married, farmer, and resident of aforementioned place. he was arrested by virtue of six warrants of arrest issued by Judge Anthony Dt Isaw – Acting Presiding Judge, RTC, Branch 28, Liloy, Zamboanga Del Norte, Dated January 15, 2021, docketed under Criminal Case Nos. l-004097, 98, 99, 100, 101 for five counts of rape in relation to ra 7610 with no recommended bail bond and lascivious conduct under sec. 5 (b) RA 7610, docketed under Criminal Case No. l-004096 with a recommended bail bond of ₱ 80,000.00. The arrested accused is now under the temporary custody of Godod MPS for proper disposition.
Road Crash Accident
Vehicular accident transpired along the National Highway In Brgy. Baybay, Liloy, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 1:30 PM of March 13, 2021 involving a BAJAJ tricycle (vehicle 1), bearing temporary plate number 092604, driven by Jeremias Delasas Luang, 67 years old, male, resident of Poblacion Salug, Zamboanga Del Norte; and a HOWO dump truck (vehicle 2), bearing temporary plate no. 1301-01-1192969, driven by Luciano Pelayo Silvano Jr., 37 years old, male, married and resident of Sulo, Naga, Zamboanga Sibugay. Immediately thereafter, alert team of the Liloy Municipal Police Station (MPS) responded to the said place. Initial investigation disclosed that prior to the incident; the tricycle was unloading a passenger in Brgy. Baybay fronting Marhjun Enterprises when the dump truck accidentally hit the rear of the first vehicle. The driver of tricycle sustained injuries to the different parts of his body and was immediately brought to Liloy Integrated District Hospital for medical treatment and was later forwarded to Dipolog city. Both vehicles were impounded at Liloy MPS for proper disposition.
