Warrant of Arrest for Top 1 Most Wanted Person of Baliguian, Served in San Ramon

PNP personnel of Baliguian Municipal Police Station served a warrant of arrest at San Ramon Prison and Penal Farm, San Ramon, Zamboanga City at 12:25 PM of June 30, 2021 against Jessie Andiam Saldariega a.k.a “Jessie Lumayao”, 31 years old, married, farmer, and a resident of Barangay Tan-awan, Baliguian, Zamboanga del Norte. He was charged for the crime of Rape with Homicide in relation to R.A. 7610 docketed under criminal case no. 2019-09-03 (1845) issued by Hon. Laarni Dajao, Presiding Judge, RTC, 9th Judicial Region, Branch 27, Siocon, Zamboanga del Norte dated September 18, 2019 without bail bond recommended. He is still detained at said facility serving his sentence for the crime of Acts of Lasciviousness.

Top 4 Most Wanted Person of Olutanga, Neutralized in Mabuhay

Joint elements of 903rd Maneuver Company-RMFB9, together with 44th Infantry Battalion, Philippine Army, Olutanga Municipal Police Station, Mabuhay Municipal Police Station, Zamboanga Sibugay Provincial Intelligence Unit, 1st and 2nd Zamboanga Sibugay Provincial Mobile Force Company conducted joint law enforcement operation through service of warrant of arrest at Barangay Sawa, Mabuhay, Zamboanga Sibugay at 4:50 PM of June 30, 2021 against Arnel L. Sahibul aka “Vandam”, legal age, male, elementary level, a resident of the said place. The operation was made by virtue of warrant of arrest for the crime of Frustrated Murder docketed under criminal case no. IM i-1669 issued by Hon. Vicente De Plaza II, Presiding Judge of RTC 9th Judicial Region, Branch 31, Imelda, Zamboanga Sibugay dated July 10, 2018. Further, while the operating teams were approaching, the suspect drew his carbine rifle and fired towards them which prompted the operating teams to retaliate that resulted to the untimely death of the suspect. Recovered from the possession of the suspect were one unit (1) caliber 30 Carbine Riffle loaded with short magazine with thirteen (13) rounds of ammunition; three (3) short magazines; forty-five (45) pieces of ammunitions; two (2) empty short magazines of 9mm caliber; one (1) hand grenade; two (2) fired shells of cal.30; drug paraphernalia (foil and two (2) lighters); and personal belongings of the subject.

₱988,000.00 Worth of Smuggled Cigarettes Seized in Tictapul

PNP personnel of Zamboanga City Police Station 1 together with Bravo Company, 74IB, 2ID, Philippine Army intercepted a seacraft loaded with alleged smuggled cigarettes at Logpond, Barangay Tictapul, Zamboanga City at about 6:00 AM of June 30, 2021. Arrested during the operation were Mohammad Shad Alih y Titing, 34 years old, male, married of Barangay Kasanyangan, Zamboanga City; Ibrahim Laja y Akil, 31 years old, male, married of Barangay Tigtabon, Zamboanga City; Radzmil Buclao y Darah, male, married, 41 years old, of Barangay Sta. Catalina, Zamboanga City; Arusain Alih y Titing, male, single, 25 years old, of Barangay Kasanyangan, Zamboanga City; Abdulmajid Tanjil y Amil, male, single, 20 years old, of Barangay Tigtabon, Zamboanga City; Panta Laja y Akil, 45 years old, male, married of  Barangay Tigtabon, Zamboanga City; Romy Banola, male, 21 years old, male, of Sinoropan, Barangay Licomo, Zamboanga City;  Mige Alo, male, 35 years old, of Sinoropan, Barangay Licomo Zamboanga City and; Damsina Tanjing, male, 18 years old of Barangay Tigtabon Zamboanga City. They were on board a motorized banca which was loaded with seventy-six (76) cases of assorted smuggled cigarettes with an estimated value of ₱ 988,000.00 consisting of twenty-eight (28) pieces of Fort white cigarette, twenty-seven (27) cases of Astro white cigarette, fifteen (15) cases of Astro red cigarette and six (6) cases of Soda red cigarette. They failed to present legal documents for the said items. At 1:30 PM of same date, arrested suspects along with the confiscated items were brought to Zamboanga City Police Station 1 for proper disposition and for turn over to Bureau of Customs, Zamboanga City.

Seaman and Technician Arrested in Drug Buy-Bust Operation in Sta. Catalina

Station Drug Enforcement Team of Zamboanga City Police Station 11 conducted drug buy-bust operation at Barangay Sta. Catalina, Zamboanga City 6:30 PM of June 30, 2021 that resulted in the arrest of Glenn Sala y Que, 51 years old, male, single, high school level, technician and a resident of Lustre St., Barangay Sta. Catalina, Zamboanga City and Raymond Abian y Brito, 40 years old, male, married, college graduate, Seaman and a resident of Barangay Salaan, Zamboanga City. Recovered from their possession were one (1) unit caliber .38 revolver loaded with five (5) live ammunitions, one (1) coin purse, seven (7) heat sealed plastic sachets of suspected shabu with an estimated value of ₱ 34,000.00 weighing 5 grams and three (3) bills of ₱ 100.00 as marked money. They are now under the custody of Zamboanga City Police Station 11 in preparation of filing of appropriate charges in court. All recovered items will be brought to Zamboanga City Crime Laboratory Office for examination.

Man Arrested in Drug Buy-Bust Operation in Sta. Catalina

Station Drug Enforcement Team of Zamboanga City Police Station 4 conducted drug buy-bust operation at Barangay Sta. Catalina, Zamboanga City at 12:30 AM of July 1, 2021. The operation resulted in the arrest of Mahdi Langkasari y Sayyari, a.k.a., “Madz”, 36 years old, married, college graduate, jobless, and a resident of Barangay Sta. Catalina, Zamboanga City. Recovered during the operation were three (3) sachets of suspected Shabu with an estimated value of ₱ 1,000.00 weighing 0.14 grams and two (2) bills of ₱ 100.00 as marked money. He is now under the custody of Zamboanga City Police Station 4 in preparation of filing of appropriate charges in court. All recovered items will be brought to Zamboanga City Crime Laboratory Office for examination.

Drug Suspect Arrested in Camino Nuevo

Police operatives of 1st Zamboanga City Mobile Force Company (lead unit) together with warrant server of Zamboanga City Police Station 9 conducted law enforcement operation against wanted person at Governor Alvarez, Barangay Camino Nuevo, Zamboanga City 5:41 PM of June 30, 2021. The operation resulted in the arrest of Jefferson Chan Delmo, 40 years old, male, married and a resident of Sucabon, Barangay Zone II, Zamboanga City. He was arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest for Violation of R.A. 9165 Art II Sec 5 with criminal case no. 47062 issued by Presiding Judge Hon. Norma Ong Usin-Usman, Branch 34, RTC, 9th Judicial Region, Zamboanga City dated February 10, 2021 with no bail bond recommended. He was brought to Zamboanga City Police Station 9 prior turn-over to court concerned.

Man Arrested in Drug Buy-Bust Operation in Dumingag

Joint personnel of Zamboanga del Sur Provincial Drug Enforcement Unit together with agents of Zamboanga del Sur PDEA; and Municipal Drug Enforcement Team of Dumingag Municipal Police Station conducted illegal drug buy -bust operation at Purok 1, Barangay Libertad, Dumingag, Zamboanga del Sur at 1:30 PM of June 30, 2021. The operation resulted in the arrest of suspect identified as Jack Hilot Panganuron a.k.a. “Jack”, 42 years old, male, married, former reservist of 9RCDG Sinacaban, Misamis Occidental, and a resident of Purok 1, Barangay Libertad, Dumingag, Zamboanga del Sur. Confiscated during the operation were one of suspected Shabu (busy-bust); four sachets of suspected Shabu (possession); one piece black cellular phone (keypad); one piece white paper used to wrap the sachets of suspected shabu; and one piece five hundred peso bill (₱ 500.00) used as buy-bust money.  The estimated weight of seized drugs is 3 grams with market value of ₱ 20,400.00. He is now temporarily detained at PDEA-ZDS lock-Up Cell, Capitol Complex, Sto. Niño, Pagadian City while appropriate charge for violation of Section 5 and 11 of RA 9165 as amended by RA 10640 is now being prepared for filing in court.
