Postal stamps featured the mangroves forest, Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Parish Church and Sugba Lagoon of Del Carmen
The Municipality of Del Carmen in partnership with PHLPOST launched commemorative stamps to celebrate the 100 years of the municipality as founded in 1920. LGU Del Carmen celebrates and immortalizes its history and story thru the postal stamps.
