More than 30 medical professionals from Taiwan has landed in Zamboanga del Sur to embark on a vital 3-day medical mission. The Taiwan Root Medical Peace Corps (TRMPC), led by Dr. Chi-Chun Liu, has joined forces with local healthcare authorities to provide essential medical services to the people of Zamboanga del Sur.
For the 4th time, the medical team is here to deliver another round of free healthcare services including general health check-ups, pediatrics, internal medicine, obstetrics and dental care to enhance the overall well-being of the province’s residents specifically in the city of Pagadian and the towns of Dumingag and Kumalarang from November 24 to November 26.
Zambosur power couple Gov. Victor J. Yu and Cong. Divina Grace Yu welcomed the team at the Pagadian City Airport, Saturday afternoon. ZDSMC medical personnel headed by Dr. Anatalio Cagampang Jr. also gave their warm reception to the valued guests.
