Dumalinao, Zamboanga del Sur – At about 09:50 AM of today, personnel of Regional Maritime Unit 9 together with the Intelligence Operatives of Pagadian City Police Station onboard High Speed Tactical Watercraft (HSTW-09) jointly conducted Intensified Seaborne Patrol Operation en route to the vicinity seawaters of Pagadian City.
The said patrol resulted in an apprehension of one (1) unregistered motorized pump boat marked as KATHLEN skippered by a certain MARCOS COMIDA y RAPAL, 58 years old, married and a resident of Brgy. Bibilik, Dumalinao, Zamboanga del Sur for violation of Pagadian City Ordinance No. 2K5-246 (Unregistered Motorized Pump Boat).
Subject person and confiscated MPB was brought to Zamboanga del Sur Maritime Police Station for further investigation and subsequently turned-over at Pagadian City Agriculture-Fishery Division for proper disposition.
