THE Chooks-to-Go Pilipinas VisMin Super Cup will transfer to its original venue, the Plaza Luz Gym in Pagadian City, starting Saturday.
League COO Rocky Chan announced the transfer on Friday after Malacañang announced on Thursday that Zamboanga del Sur will now be under general community quarantine (GCQ) with heightened restrictions.
It will be quite a first day in Pagadian City with a triple-header on the schedule. And with the league coming home to its original venue, the VisMin Super Cup will first have its official opening ceremony at 1 pm.
There will be a parade of teams but because of health and safety protocols, only the head coach, team captain and one homegrown player will join the ceremony.
Opening hostilities at 2 p.m. are Kapatagan (1-1) and home team Pagadian (2-0). Zamboanga City (1-1) faces ALZA Alayon (0-1) at 4 p.m. and Basilan takes on Iligan at 6 p.m.
