Joint manhunt operation conducted at the above-mentioned address by the personnel of Warrant Section of Pagadian City Police Station together with the personnel of MARPSTA, ZSPDEU and CIDG ZDSPFU which resulted to the successful arrest of one male, 31 years old and presently residing at Brgy. Manga, Pagadian City, Zamboanga del Sur by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for violation of SEC. 5 ART. II OF RA 9165 with NO recommended bail and Warrant of Arrest for violation of SEC. 11 ART. II OF RA 9165 with Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 200,000.00) recommended bail issued by Presiding Judge of Regional Trial Court, Ninth Judicial Region, Branch 19, Pagadian City issued on July 1, 2024.
The accused was brought to Pagadian City Police Station for mugshots, booking procedures, referred to City Health Office, City Hall Complex, Brgy. Gatas, Pagadian City, Zamboanga del Sur for medical/physical examination and turned over to the duty custodial officer for proper disposition.
