A temporary bridge was constructed.
The successful ocular inspection in the Mabini Site was done yesterday March 23, 2021. About 40 informal settlers from Km. 3 of Barangay Luna accepted the Una Maioris Realty Corporation’s invitation to see the site of their brand new 40 square meters free lots in Brgy. Mabini, Surigao City. The site is only about a three-minute walk from the National Highway fronting PACEMCO.
Now that there is already a bridge, the crossing of the river will not be a problem anymore. The construction of the temporary bridge was already completed through Benguillo Builders Engineering Services. The clearing of the area was already completed and the “mohons” will already be placed by Friday. The toilets, “tubig poso” and the store will already be ready by next week.
People were satisfied and looked very pleased and happy with the area. A lot of them were taking selfies of their new home. The start of those that will transfer will already be this Sunday, March 28, 2021.
