Pagadian City – The Zamboanga del Sur Police Provincial Office has installed a new Officer-in-Charge (OIC) in Pagadian City Police Station (PCPS) yesterday September 20, 2021.
Deputy Director for Administration PLTCOL. KIRAM I. JIMLANI , representing Police Provincial Director PCOL ROEL L LAMI-ING , installed PLTCOL. MANUEL RYAN PUSTA LIM as the OIC in a simple ceremony held at the Pagadian City Police Station attended by City Mayor Samuel “Sammy” Sy Co and other elected and appointed officials from the city government.
PLTCOL. LIM in his acceptance speech pledged to continue the sound and feasible programs of his predecessors and will strive to double it up.
The new OIC Police Chief also vowed to increase effort in the prevention and control of lawlessness in the city.
PLTCOL. MANUEL RYAN PUSTA LIM a native of Parang, Maguindanao was last assigned at Police Regional Office 12 and has been in police intelligence, operation, investigation and served as the Chief of Police in the different towns in the provinces of Sultan Kudarat, North Cotabato and Sarangani.
