Metro Bacolod Chamber of Commerce and Industry executive officer Frank Carbon said fast craft operators between Bacolod City and Iloilo City may add more trips this month.
Carbon, who is an adviser of a fast craft company operating between Bacolod and Iloilo, said there was noticeable increase in the number of passengers.
He said the reopening of passenger commercial travel between Bacolod City and Iloilo City has also brought back the livelihood for many sectors.
The reopening of trips also generated income between ₱ 200,000 to ₱ 300,000.
Carbon said he is hoping that the number of COVID-19 cases in the next few weeks will continue to go down so that their operations will not be suspended.
