TABUK, KALINGA – PhP1,080,000.00 worth of dried marijuana leaves in brick form weighing 9000 grams, firearms and ammunitions were confiscated, while 2 male individuals were arrested during a buy bust operation yesterday, February 4, 2026 in Purok 6, Bulanao, Tabuk, Kalinga.
The authorities arrested the 2 individuals and seized the contrabands after they sold 9 bricks of marijuana dried leaves to an undercover agent.
The two arrested male suspects were identified as residents of Brgy. Loccong, Tinglayan, Kalinga.
They are presently in the custody of PNP-Kalinga while cases are being filed against them for violation of Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
