It is official, we are open! However, to ensure the safety of the public, we enjoin everyone to maintain physical distancing, wearing of masks, proper hygiene rituals, and observation of IATF protocols and those stated in Executive Order No. 20-018-A, s. 2020. As such, we are encouraging the public to strictly follow the steps and guidelines on the usage of our Provincial Sports Complex.
Step 1: Every user shall download (screenshot in your mobile gadget is also acceptable) a REGISTRATION FORM at HEALS 911 Facebook Page.
NOTE: THIS REGISTRATION FORM IS VERY IMPORTANT FOR CONTACT TRACING PURPOSES SINCE COVID-19 PANDEMIC HAS NOT YET ENDED.
Step 2: The aforementioned Registration Form shall be filled out and signed by the user HONESTLY, otherwise you may be charged for falsification of documents.
Step 3: Upon entering the gate of the Provincial Sports Complex, the duly accomplished Registration Form shall be dropped at the DESIGNATED DROPBOX.
Step 4: Always follow the following health protocols:
a.) No Face Mask, No Entry;
b.) Face Mask shall be worn at all times while inside the Provincial Sports Complex; and
c.) At least one (1) meter physical distancing between persons shall be maintained at all times.
Step 5: Be reminded always that the threat of COVID-19 is still present, hence bring your own alcohol for DISINFECTION purposes all the time.
Step 6: Please be mindful that only the following activities are allowed inside our Provincial Sports Complex in accordance with the rules on Modified General Community Quarantine (MGCQ):
a.) Jogging;
b.) Walking;
c.) Zumba; and
d.) Running.
Step 7: Please observe a “clean as you go” policy, before leaving our Provincial Sports Complex. We need to help one another to maintain the cleanliness of OUR sports facility. Meaning, all FACILITY USERS, being the owners of our Provincial Sports Complex, should take good care the same as their inter-generational responsibility.?
NOTE: ALL OTHER RULES AND REGULATIONS UNDER MGCQ SHALL ALSO BE FOLLOWED AT ALL TIMES TO AVOID INCONVENIENCE.
