Governor Francisco Matugas Issued Another Memorandum Order Requiring Another Mandatory Rapid Testing To All Returning Surigaonons

GOVERNOR FRANCISCO MATUGAS ISSUED ANOTHER MEMORANDUM ORDER REQUIRING ANOTHER MANDATORY RAPID TESTING TO ALL RETURNING SURIGAONONS AFTER THE COMPLETION OF THEIR 14 DAYS QUARANTINE IN SURIGAO DEL NORTE

In view of the fact that some OFs and LSIs, who were originally tested Negative for COVID-19 at the point of origin (here in the Philippines) but later on tested POSITIVE of the same in their respective points of destination, Gov. Francisco Lalo Matugas issued Memo Order No. 20-157, s. 2020 requiring another mandatory RAT to all Returning Surigaonons after the completion of their 14 days quarantine here in our Province.

This is to ensure the prevention and control the spread of COVID-19 in our Province.
