RD Francisco P. Ranches Jr., CESO VI led the monthly meeting of all LTO Supervising Transportation Regulation Officers (SvTRO), Executive Committee Members, and Unit Chiefs on March 4, 2025 at the AVP Function Hall, Tahao Road, Legaspi City.
The meeting covered discussions on operational targets and performance management towards advancing law enforcement and road safety. Salient points during the monthly meeting focused on realigning district offices performance projections, plate distribution and other recommended enhancements thus ensuring more efficient public service delivery.
RD Ranches recognized all LTO Bicol senior officers for their invaluable contribution to the agencyโs performance and urged everyone to continuously uphold excellence while collaborating effectively.
