In a ceremony held at the BFAR Regional Office, two employees of the DA-BFAR Region V were promoted and took their oaths of office on Monday, July 22, 2024.
Regional Director Ariel U. Pioquinto officiated the oath-taking ceremony, where Joelle M. Benavidez was officially sworn in as Training Center Superintendent II and Ruben M. Peyra, Jr. as Senior Fishing Regulations Officer.
The Human Resource Management – Personnel Selection Board led the signing of their appointments. The ceremony was witnessed by the agency’s division, section, and unit heads, along with the regional office staff.
Director Pioquinto lauded the newly promoted officials, emphasizing their significant contributions to BFAR and expressing confidence in their ability to lead and inspire in their new roles.
