Young leaders from Siruma, Camarines Sur participated in a two-day team building activity at the CamSur Watersports Complex (CWC), Capitol Complex, Cadlan, Pili, on February 22-23, 2025, organized by the Provincial Youth Development Office (PYDO) to enhance leadership skills, promote teamwork, and strengthen camaraderie through dynamic activities and meaningful discussions.
SK chairpersons, officials, and youth members from various barangays of Siruma took part in team-building exercises and interactive discussions that encouraged collaboration, communication, and problem-solving, helping them to build stronger bonds and develop leadership skills.
The event concluded with the participants reflecting on their experiences, expressing gratitude for the opportunity to learn and connect, as organizers reaffirmed their commitment to empowering the youth through ongoing programs and community initiatives.
