City Mayor Nelson Legacion said around 28,000 jobs are expected to be created in 2028 through the Information Technology- Business Process Management (IT-BMP) sector.
Speaking before information communication technology (ICT) enthusiasts, government stakeholders, private organizations, and ICT councils from various municipalities in the Bicol region, said the city currently has 8,000 employees in the IT-BMP sector.
