Naga City reigns as the overall champion in the 2023 Modified Palarong Bicol held on April 24-28 in five cluster host schools divisions in the region.
Harvesting 76 gold, 58 silver, and 69 bronze medals, Naga City dethrones Camarines Sur from the championship throne which raked 56 gold, 63 silver, and 68 bronze medals.
Camarines Norte comes third with 46 gold, 32 silver, and 62 bronze medals followed by Ligao City with 43 gold, 16 silver, and 20 bronze medals.
Completing the top five best-performing delegations is Sorsogon Province hauling 38 gold, 18 silver, and 16 bronze medals.
