“Redefining good governance, emphasizing results and performance,” this was the gist of the 2023 State of the City Report (SOCR) delivered by Mayor Nelson Legacion, December 12, 2023 at the Balatas Development Center, Brgy. Balatas, Naga City.
Half way to his second term as the local chief executive of Naga City, Legacion highlighted his administration’s accomplishments centering on the four elements of good governance, namely; Transparency, Accountability, Predictability, and Participation.
