Legazpi City – The Provincial Government of Albay together in partnership with the John Maxwell Foundation, held a leadership forum led by Mr. John Griffin Vice President for Global Programs, EQUIP and Maxwell Foundation with the theme: Developing a Leadership Perspective for Maximum Impact, last July 26, 2024 at the Albay Astrodome.

The said leadership forum aims to offer profound insights on effective leadership practices and introduce the transformative “Beyond Success” program, which designed to foster transformational leadership within the workplace.

Griffin discussed the 10 secrets and six values related to success, where the highlight of the session is to inspire and motivate teams by promoting a shared vision, fostering innovation, and encouraging personal growth.

“Today, everything that we do is about transformation because we believe that everyone deserves to be led well. And so any kind of leadership session that we can provide to help people lead better fulfills part of our mission. Because we’re all human beings, not human dreams. And in that, if we can help people lead human beings better, then we’ve accomplished our mission,” he added.

Furthermore, the forum allowed the participants to have active participation by contributing their personal growth in a round-table discussion.

Present in the activity were the Provincial Government of Albay department heads, assistant heads, division chiefs, and hospital chiefs.
