To promote road safety and responsible driving, LTO Bicol has recently conducted Free Theoretical Driving Course (TDC).
LTO Ragay’s Driver’s Education Center (DEC) hosted a two-day Free TDC on August 1-2, 2024. This initiative aimed to provide aspiring drivers with essential knowledge and skills to enhance their driving practices.
Following this, LTO Pamplona conducted a similar program on August 3-4, 2024, at the Drivers Education Center (DEC) of the LTO Pamplona District Office. This Free TDC, organized in response to a request from the Local Government Unit (LGU) of Pamplona, was conducted in collaboration with the LGU Pamplona Public Employment Service Office (PESO). The course served 50 local applicants, highlighting a strong partnership between public service entities to support community development. Chief Nero D. Claro of LTO Pamplona personally welcomed each participant, underscoring the organization’s commitment to individual growth and road safety. The program also received support from Hon. Vice Mayor Josefa V. Fabi, who expressed appreciation for the initiative and its positive impact on the community.
These educational efforts by LTO Bicol exemplify a dedicated approach to promoting safer driving practices and developing responsible drivers.
