Guided by the leadership of President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. and aligned with the policy directions of Department of Transportation (DOTr) Secretary Atty. Giovanni Z. Lopez, LTO Assistant Secretary Markus Lacanilao, Regional Director Allan Castillejos, and Assistant Regional Director Vincent Nato, LTO Bicol continues to carry out its mandate of safeguarding lives through effective traffic law enforcement.
