RD Francisco P Ranches Jr., CESO VI leads the operational testing of LTO Ticao Island Satellite Office in San Jacinto, Masbate. With the establishment of LTO Ticao island Satellite Office, residents from the municipalities of Batuan, Monreal, San Fernando, and San Jacinto will be able to avail the services of the LTO with more convenience and accessibility. This will also ensure and enhance efficient transport services and road safety in Ticao Island, Masbate.
LTO Ticao Satellite Office was created by virtue of Republic Act No. 11154. It will be providing services such as Renewal of Motor Vehicle Registration, Renewal of Driver’s License and Student Permit.
