SNI George Otis of Barangay San Juan, the sole reservist graduate from Bicol and Iriga City for the prestigious ALIBTALA BCMC CL-03 2025, paid a courtesy call to Mayor Rex C. Oliva on August 28, 2025. He was joined by Marine Reservist and Councilor Nikki Lagrimas, along with Councilor Jeff Tino.
During the visit, Otis expressed his heartfelt gratitude to Mayor Oliva for the financial support, which enabled his successful participation in the said training. Aside from his military achievements, Otis is also the current PYAP President of Barangay San Juan, PYAP Iriga City Federation New Road Unit Representative, and a former Topnotcher City Youth Councilor in 2024 under the City Youth Official program—proof of his commitment to both youth leadership and community service.
