Governor Atty. Edcel Greco Lagman has expressed his full support towards strengthening the partnership between Albay and the Bikol National Association of America.
During the Governor’s Night hosted by the Provincial Government of Albay, Gov. Lagman welcomed all the delegates, coming from different provinces in the Bicol region.
The governor shared a warm message with the attendees from the American association.
“Rest assured that, as Governor of the Province, I will make sure that avenues between and among us will always be open for communication,” Governor Lagman said.
The event ended with programs and activities showcasing the culture of the province of Albay.
