To accelerate the service delivery of the Department of Social Welfare and Development Field Office V – Bicol Region, the Provincial Operations Office of Masbate conducted an orientation for newly hired City/Municipal Links on January 21-22, 2026.
The activity aimed to equip the new staff with essential knowledge, operational updates, and guidance on the systems and support mechanisms of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps).
The orientation covered discussions on the Case Management Section, Operations Support Section, Institutional Support Services Section, and administrative updates. It also included a briefing on current cash grant procedures and coordination mechanisms, compliance with program guidelines, and the effective implementation of the Pantawid Program.
By capacitating the newest Angels in Red Vests of the agency, this initiative underscores DSWD Bicol’s continued commitment to strengthening the delivery of social services to Pantawid beneficiaries across the province.
