Camp BGen Simeon A Ola, Legazpi City— Naga-PNP strike again in arresting a street-level individual on a drug sting operation in Brgy. Balatas, Naga City on Wednesday, June 12, 2024.
The suspect, known by the alias “Anton,” a 40-year-old driver, was arrested after a successful operation wherein the poseur buyer, together with the confidential informant was able to buy from the suspect one (1) piece of heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing a white crystalline substance suspected to be shabu. The operation was launched by operatives composed of Naga Police Station 6, CPDEU, PDEA Naga, and PDEA ROV.
The team confiscated four pieces of heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing a white crystalline substance suspected to be shabu, weighing more or less 17.55 grams, with an estimated DDB value of PhP119,340.00
The suspect was informed of the nature of his arrest and apprised of his constitutional rights in a dialect known to him. The arrested person and the confiscated pieces of evidence are now under the custody of PS6, Naga CPO, for proper disposition.
