Camp BGen Simeon A Ola, Legazpi City—A total of 1,407 personnel from the Police Regional Office 5 (PRO5) took their oath and formally donned their new ranks in a ceremony held on February 6, 2025, at the PRO5 Tagapagpatupad, Multi-Purpose Building, Camp BGen Simeon A Ola, Legazpi City. The ceremony was led by PBGEN ANDRE P DIZON, RD, PRO5, who served as the administering officer.
The activity is part of the 2024 Regular Promotion Program for second-level uniformed personnel, aimed at recognizing and rewarding the dedication, hard work, and outstanding service of police officers in the region. The promotion acknowledges not only their professional growth but also their unwavering commitment to maintaining peace and order in the Bicol Region.
The promoted personnel include 14 Police Majors, 2 Police Captains, 34 Police Lieutenants, 151 Police Executive Master Sergeants, 195 Police Chief Master Sergeants, 88 Police Senior Master Sergeants, 454 Police Master Sergeants, 51 Police Staff Sergeants, and 418 Police Corporals.
In his message, PBGEN DIZON extended his warmest congratulations to all the promotees, emphasizing that their elevation in rank is both an honor and a greater responsibility.
