On this beautiful Valentine’s Day, thirteen couples came together to celebrate their love at the “Kasalang Barangay” in Brgy. Niño Jesus, with a heartfelt ceremony officiated by Mayor Wilfredo Rex C. Oliva. The venue, adorned with romantic touches, set the perfect backdrop as families and friends gathered to witness these couples embark on a lifelong journey of love and commitment.
Organized by the City Local Civil Registrar, under the leadership of Ma. Nancy R. Occiano, the event went beyond just the vows. As a symbol of the city’s unwavering support, each couple was gifted ₱1,000, a sack of rice, and a wedding cake to mark the occasion. The celebration continued with a festive feast, offering the newlyweds and their loved ones a joyful and unforgettable day of togetherness and community spirit.
