Gov. Lalo Matugas issued Fifth Supplement/Amendment to EO No. 21-010, s. 2021 to prevent and control the spread of the new active cases as well as to prevent the new variants of COVID-19 from entering our Province with the following salient features:
1. Lifting of the “modified limited no travel policy” of people from NCR+;
2. Reiteration of travel protocols and requirements in Siargao Island Airport and Surigao City Airport;
3. Reiteration of travel protocols and requirements in seaports and other points of entry;
4. Reiteration of post antigen test for tourists and private APORs;
5. Reiteration on setting-up of random municipal and barangay checkpoints;
6. Reiteration on activation of BHERTs; and
7. Reiteration of additional mandatory travel requirement for the people coming from the Province of Dinagat Islands.
