  The 66,833rd reported confirmed case, 51 years old male. Cause of death is Severe Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome, secondary to COVID-19 Confirmed Critical, Community Acquired Pneumonia High Risk, Hypoxia.
  The 68,843rd reported confirmed case, 70 years old male. Cause of death is Community Acquired Pneumonia IV High Risk, Hypoxia, COVID-19 Confirmed.
• Two (2) reported deaths from General Santos City
  The 68,709th reported confirmed case, 75 years old male. Cause of death is Acute Respiratory Failure secondary to COVID-19 Pneumonia Critical; Acute Kidney Injury on top of CKD.
  The 69,130th reported confirmed case, 2 years old female. Cause of death is Cardiopulmonary Arrest secondary to Refractory Shock (Hemorrhagic and Septic Shock) Severe Dengue; Pulmonary Effusion Right; Multiple Electrolyte Imbalance (Hyperkalemia, Hyponatremia) Liver Transaminitis; Severe Hypoglycemia; COVID 19-Confirmed.

• One (1) reported death from Tacurong City, the 68,156th reported confirmed case, 61 years old female. Cause of Death is Chronic Kidney Disease secondary to Diabetic Nephropathy, COVID-19 Confirmed.
• One (1) reported death from Lambayong, Sultan Kudarat, the 68,324th reported confirmed case, 51 years old female. Cause of Death is Acute Respiratory Failure Type I secondary to Pulmonary Consolidation, Chronic Kidney Disease secondary to Hypertensive Nephrosclerosis, COVID-19 Confirmed- Critical.
• One (1) reported death from Sen. Ninoy Aquino, Sultan Kudarat, the 68,328th reported confirmed case, 4 months old male. Cause of Death is Acute Respiratory Failure with Septic Ileus, COVID-19 Confirmed.
• One (1) reported death from Polomolok, South Cotabato, the 69,187th reported confirmed case, 57 years old female. Cause of Death is Cerebrovascular Accident – Left Cerebral Bleed with Intraventricular Hemorrhage and Subarachnoid and Falx Cerebral Bleed; Hypertension Stage III; COVID-19 Confirmed.
