Gencars, Inc. unveiled the new Isuzu San Pablo dealership, the largest Isuzu showroom in the Philippines on June 14, 2024, coinciding with the dealership’s 23rd anniversary.

The program began with a thanksgiving mass officiated by Rev. Fr. Zaldy Urgena and Rev. Fr. Diwane Cacao. Following the mass, guests were invited to partake in the blessing of the dealership, accompanied by a detailed tour of its impressive facilities. The ribbon-cutting ceremony followed afterward, signifying the official opening of Isuzu San Pablo.

Located at Km. 85 Maharlika Highway, Brgy. San Ignacio, San Pablo City, Laguna, this dealership sets a new standard for customer experience with its expansive and state-of-the-art facilities. Spanning a 10,000-square-meter property, with the showroom and service center occupying 8,147 square meters, this dealership establishes a new benchmark for Isuzu dealerships nationwide.

The dealership also boasts a sleek and bold 67-linear meter frontage that creates a welcoming ambiance.

With 12 service bays—nine for light commercial vehicles (LCVs), one for heavy-duty commercial vehicles (CVs), and two for light-duty CVs—the five-star service center is equipped to ensure that both individual and fleet customers will receive timely and efficient service.

The facility also boasts a range of amenities, including a customer’s lounge, kids play zone, nursing room, a pantry, and spacious areas for admin and sales offices. It also sets a unique precedent as the first dealership to incorporate a mini Japanese garden, symbolizing the enduring partnership between Isuzu Philippines Corporation and Gencars, Inc.

Moreover, the dealership has a conference room and various other spaces to enhance aftersales services, such as a parts warehouse, overhauling area, wash bays, and wheel alignment bays, among others. A Journey of Growth and Excellence

Isuzu San Pablo’s beginnings trace back to a 1,075-square-meter lot along Colago Ave., Brgy. 1-A, San Pablo City, Laguna where it was established on June 14, 2001. Over time, the dealership expanded to 2,145 square meters by acquiring the adjacent lot, enhancing its facilities to cater to its growing clientele. However, with a commitment to better serve its loyal customers and accommodate its expanding business, the dealership has moved to a larger, more spacious location.
