Vehicle 1 – blue Honda XRM 125 registered under the name of Elgen Dumpa and driven by Quirico Pacarat Dumpa, 75 years old, male, married, farmer and a resident of Purok 1, Brgy. Biayon, Sergio Osmeña, ZN
Vehicle 2 – red/black combination XRM RS 125 without plate number attached and OR/CR presented driven by Jonathan Bongcales Silacan, 26 years old, male, single, construction worker, Filipino and a resident of Purok 7, San Jose, Sergio Osmeña, ZN
Initial investigation conducted disclosed that both vehicles were travelling in the same direction coming from Poblacion Alto particularly at public market of Sergio Osmeña, ZN going to Biayon of the said Municipality.
Upon reaching at the crossroad of Brgy. Biayon, Sergio Osmeña, ZN the vehicle 1 travelling slowly and turn left while the vehicle 2 overtake the vehicle 1 which resulted to collide the vehicle 1 which resulted of the driver of vehicle Quirico Pacarat to fell down of his driven MC which his head bumped to the cemented roads.
The driver of vehicle 1 was rushed to Sergio Osmeña District Hospital for immediate medication but pronounced Dead on Arrival by the attending physician Dr. Augustus Nizame Ceniza Riconalla,
while the driver of vehicle 2 Jonathan Silacan is unharmed and is now under the custody to Sergio Osmeña MPS pending filing appropriate charges in court. Both motorcycles involved were impounded at Sergio Osmeña MPS for proper disposition.
